Remove distribute option

The distribute option is highly unstable and implies thread - safe delegates. It is also theoretically less efficient than listening on different ports from worker threads and using a load balancer on top. Anyone new to vibe.d will explore the wrong option rather than the other because it looks ready to use, which is why I recommend it to be removed in favor of more scalability experiments with load balancing distribution
