OSBS implements change that uploads operators manifests into dedicated artifact type instead of uploading it into logs. containerbuildsystem/atomic-reactor#1214 OMPS now will try to use the new location first and fallback to the previous location of manifests to keep BW compatibility * OSBS-7026 (OSBS-7161) Signed-off-by: Martin Bašti <mbasti@redhat.com>
