Describe the chore that needs to be addressed.
The RAMSTKFixedPanel class method do_make_panel() adds all the widgets defined in dic_attribute_widget_map into a single column. Add a keyword argument or kwarg to allow the widgets to be laid out in multiple columns and select the number of columns. This will allow for more efficient use of the Fixed widget and grouping of like information.
