如果 navigateTo url 以 / 开头 会报错找不到， 还莫名的加了前缀pages/index/...。 配置文件里的pages又不支持 / 开头， 这两个地方是不是要统一下比较人性

正常路由行为，不必统一。pages 已经是根目录，当在 pages 二级目录下使用 / 是有效的。检查一下自己的用法。
