Lengthy

Lengthy is a Google Chrome/Chromium extension that adds a table of contents to README files on GitHub.

Installation

To install this extension, you can either:

• Install it from the Chrome Web Store
• Open a dist/crx/lengthy-*.crx file with Google Chrome/Chromium
• Enable Chrome’s developer mode, click on Load unpacked extension and select the src directory

Here is a before/after screenshot of what the table of contents looks like. The table is hidden by default and can be shown by clicking on the arrow in the top-right corner.
