To get a good overview of the YouTransfer features, make sure to check out the demo instance. The demo is automatically updated with the latest version of YouTransfer and will allow you to test the file transfer and sharing mechanism.
You can access the demo instance by navigating to http://demo.youtransfer.io
Due to the nature of the instance, being for demo puposes only, there are a few limits:
- The maximum size of uploaded files is limited to 100Kb
- Uploaded files are automatically removed after 5 minutes after upload
- The transfer is not secured (please do not upload sensitive information)
- It is not possible to send email notifications
- The YouTransfer settings pages are locked
If you wish to fully test YouTransfer, it is recommended to start a local instance using Docker or NodeJS.
