add catchall/escaping to conventional routes #156

Maybe something like:

  • Escaping: routes/[foo.bar].tsx so the url will literally be "/foo.bar" instead of "foo/bar".

  • Catchall: routes/foo/$.tsx the same as react router path="foo/*"

Escaping & splat routes are now implemented.
