Steps to Reproduce

It is suggested that the app/utils.server.tsx file is deleted in the Explore the project structure section of the Jokes tutorial.

Expected Behavior

As far as I can tell, it's not necessary to delete this file as it doesn't exist at this point in the tutorial. My suggestion is that we remove the reference to this file from the docs.

Actual Behavior

It is suggested that we delete the app/utils.server.tsx file (which does not exist)
