dev 1.18.0 is clearing my terminal

Notes:

I can understand why it might be added to the logging and appreciate logging improvements in general. Although this is clearing my terminal which I would rather not happen as I may want to refer to information in my scroll back after running remix dev.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Updated dev to 1.18.0
2. yarn remix dev

Expected Behavior

I would rather not have my terminal scroll back cleared

Actual Behavior

Terminal scroll back is cleared
