Use remotionb if the bun create video was used to scaffold

If we use bun create video to scaffold a new video, it would be great if the scripts in package.json would use remotionb to also use Bun:

- "start": "remotion studio"
+ "start": "remotionb studio"

Acceptance criteria

remotion/packages/create-video/src/patch-package-json.ts

Line 16 in 747571b

packageManager: `${PackageManager}@${string}` | null;

so that if Bun was used, then change all NPM scripts to use the remotionb binary instead of remotion
