`bg-clip-text` was being classed as an invalid property leading to the block gradient shown in this issue here tailwindlabs/tailwindcss#2300. Simply adding autoprefixer to the plugins for postcss fixes this. Side note: I had to delete `node_modules/.cache` before the changes were then picked up!

Thanks a lot for it! BTW: We are aware of the issue that you have to clear the cache (#315) and have added a footnote to the tailwind guide (formatting was a bit off, just fixed that as well 😃). Hope we can find a better solution soon! |
