Fork of ffmpeg-sys-next for Remotion 4.0+.

To customize, follow instructions of rust-ffmpeg-splitter and copy the ZIPs into the zips folder.

Afterwards, run node extract-bindings.mjs so lib.rs can read them. Commit the changes.
