To Build a telegram chatbot for the members belonging to specific channels or groups. This project uses Telethon library to create a telegram client object that performs various operations. Some of the operations include

1. Fetching all the top channels, groups, & bots based on the given keyword
2. Joining all the public channels and groups
3. Collecting each member's data, and
4. Broadcasting messages to all the collected members
