Renew issues, 500 Internal Server Error

I have installed openstack instance monitoring, in the virtual environment started Gunicorn in the command line.
on the server when trying to renew, getting the below error due to which client are not able to talk to server.

curl http://localhost:8000/renew

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.

Please let us know the config issues.
