Not only does the link now use https, but also the path has been updated. The path was updated via the relevant Dist::Zilla plugin.

Some think this is just nit-picking, and others think that it's a Good Idea (TM). If you don't want to accept this PR, I'm ok with that, but wanted to submit it just in case it's helpful :-)
I know this isn't a huge change, but it didn't really seem to belong in any other PR.
