It looks like HTTP_PROXY/HTTPS_PROXY don't work.

Self-hoste renovate in k8s cronjob, add env like below:

                  value: http://example.com:8000
                - name: HTTPS_PROXY
                  value: http://example.com:8000

I even can curl https://google.com, but renovate show error:

Logs indicates the http request is direct to index.docker.io(my network can't connect to index.docker.io, so timeout), not through proxy.

Is there something I miss?

We have plenty of users using _PROXY settings successfully, so we're pretty sure it works. I also tested it locally to find that proxy env settings are detected.

I've added #29191 so that you can at least make sure that Renovate can see your env settings.
