Context

Helps with:

• Use relative URLs to our docs pages, instead of https://docs.renovatebot.com/ #13400

I still have more links that point to our production docs site, that should be converted to relative links as well. Those links point to modules, presets or manager. Some of those things are auto-generated, so VSCode doesn't help me point to the correct place for those.

Help wanted to get the issue fixed for good! 😉
