docs(azure): fix Azure DevOps and Azure DevOps Server example #26144

Changes

In the PR #25719, the environment variable TOKEN has been removed and replaced by RENOVATE_TOKEN. Unfortunately, the environment variable TOKEN is still referenced in the config.js file. I've replaced the remaining occurrences of this environment variable.
