Simple and easy to understand. I might review it again later and change some of the terminology/nomenclature to be consistent with the other docs that have been / are being produced, but I am happy with this as is. Tests need to be passing before it can be merged though.

Description
This PR creates an examples directory for the Shifter contract. This folder contains an example of a vesting contract using Bitcoin.
