Is it possible to have all image renaming start from -1?

Can I rename all images starting from -1? For example: My note-1, My note-2, My note-3

I turned off other third party plugins and the "Alwasy add duplicate number" function doesn't work either

Hey, thanks for pointing out the problem and giving detailed information. I've confirmed the problem exists due to some missing code. I'll fix it and release a patch version soon.
