Feedrate Multi / Flow Multi not working correctly in Work 0.92 #321

Hi I recently changed to Work 0.92 due to the hang-problem on Arduino-DUE + RADDS. Seems the latest version has a bug when changing feedrate while printing. Printing is done via RADDS-LCD / SD.

Feedrate
Speeding up worked as expected. But slowing down to 100% again slowed down the speed too far and almost stopped the printer.

Flowrate
Changing Flowrate to 98% stopped the printer after a few seconds and it had to be recovered by pressing resetbutton.
