What type of PR is this?

kind/enhancement

What this PR does / why we need it:

Support bundle rows match vendor portal and no longer have icon row but rather they show how many errors/warning/insights there are in the bundle. This also add the sent to vendor info on the support bundle row so you don't have to click in to see if you've shared it

Special notes for your reviewer:

Does this PR introduce a user-facing change?

- Updated design of the support bundle list rows to clearly show the number of errors or warnings as well as the number of informational and debugging level insights.
- Added "Sent to vendor at" information to the support bundle list items.

Does this PR require documentation?

NONE
