Add failing test for db hash changes
Use hash of datoms instead of EAVT index for calculating DB hash
- Hashes form a commutative group under addition - A datom hash is computed using EAV so on retraction we substract the hash - Remove hashing support from `FilteredDB`
Compute rolling hash of datoms
Pluggable store through multimethods
