Use screenshot path from cypress config

Looking at https://docs.cypress.io/api/commands/screenshot.html, cypress can only save screenshots to the folder set in the config. Only searching this folder should make it a lot quicker.

The screenshots are taken in Cypress and saved in the folder specific in that URL. But how can we append it to report portal execution instance ?
