Novas regras de negócios:

- [ ] Na hora da criação da postagem, não podem existir etiquetas(tags) iguais.
- [ ] Ao atualizar a postagem, se a etiqueta já existir, não atualizar.
- [ ] Ao atualizar o título, não pode existir outro título igual.
