Cannot set scriptCss for a page via the API

As an example, I have the following graphql to create a page:

If I then query the page:

the response confirms the scriptCss field hasn't been set:

If I then edit the page by hand and set the css:

This same behaviour occurs for both create and update page mutations.

Realised this is a permissions issue. If the API auth key doesn't include "write styles" permission then the field is just ignored, rather than any error being returned. Further, even when that key includes that permission, the create mutation still returns null for scriptCss, but the styles are written to.
