human readable time format

hi, may be better to convert gitlab ci time into human readable time format ?

just like if more than 59 seconds convert to minutes and after more than 59 minutes convert to hours

this will be look a like:

seconds:

Gitlab:
✅ CI: Commit xxx succeeded after 30 sec

minutes:

Gitlab:
✅ CI: Commit xxx succeeded after 30 min

hours:

Gitlab:
✅ CI: Commit xxx succeeded after 1 hr
