Plan

We'll want to switch off using resonate-id for authentication and switch to something easy, like panva/node-oidc-provider.

Reasons for doing this is that we'll have only one API, one place to manage clients, etc.

Here's an example app:

As part of this we'll also need to provide, on this server, a way to log in and register for users.
