Someone with bad intentions managing to change room names

Subject of the issue

Room names being changed by a malicious person with the purpose of offending company members

Steps to reproduce

Some users, when opening or reopening Matrix, see room names different from the ones that were actually configured

Expected behavior

Users should see rooms with the names configured on the server

Actual behaviour

Some users see rooms with names that offend team members

Possible Solution

I don't know, but when the problem happens it doesn't affect all users. In fact, it seems to affect some users from time to time.
