RBV makes use of the commons paradigm. So every participant organization can contribute in different ways to improve the community tool. Giving some money, spreading the voice, hosting an event, contributing to the code, and so on. It should be very interesting to show each contribution on the website.

We can also differentiate the role of the organizations who did pay the fee, and organizations which didn't. For the latter we could display a block in all pages "if you contribute to this project..."
