chrome bug affects fieldset legends display

A documented bug in google-chrome version 55.0.2883.75 released on 2016-12-01 (Linux, macOS and Windows), 2016-12-05 (iOS), 2016-12-06 (Android) is messing the display of legend fields inside fieldset fields when css floating is used.

The new version 5.6 should fix this. It is still in beta but it should be stable next week. So I believe best strategy is to wait.
