No ReQL documentation regarding allowed characters for database and table names #1039

There is no documentation on the ReQL command reference (specially db_create and table_create) regarding the allowed characters for the database name or table name. It would be nice if someone could clarify that on the documentation somewhere.

@nuemino, since this change would happen in the YAML docs, it would be in
the rethinkdb/rethinkdb repo, in the v1.6.x branch:
https://github.com/rethinkdb/rethinkdb/tree/v1.6.x/docs/rql/src

This will then get propogated to the website. If you do commit to v1.6.x,
make sure to merge / cherry-pick back into next.
