Fix blinking during replication #2019

When replicating, two things can refresh the web interface

  • A change in the directory
  • Some new data from ajax/progress

It used to blink because the two sources don't provide the same information.

We cache the value of the backfilling progress now.

There was also a listener that wasn't properly removed.
