1.7x beta3 r4301 dynrec

Port of DOSBox to the Wii with Dynamic Recompiler support.
This Version is synced with SVN r4301 and includes the PowerPC Dynamic Recompiler patches from jmarsh.

This Version is compiled with an old devkitPPC / libogc version to prevent the controller input bug #4

Also the original Dosbox 1.7 Version is for testing included. Recompiled with my old devkitPPC / libogc installation which I also used for beta3.

New Features

• Menu for increase/decrease cycles and frameskip

Currently new known bugs:

• Benchmark has only 2.6 FPS instead of 3.0 FPS (with PC Player Benchmark, DOS/32A is used instead of DOS4GW)

Bugfixes:

• Hopefully the controller Input Bug doesn't "exist" :-) #4
• Fix Virtual keyboard bug. Virtual keyboard can be used now. (already fixed at beta2)
• Update button states. Menu works again. (already fixed at beta2)
