For #133 we use GEO as one of our sources. Optimizing our license for re-use would be greatly aided by having a summarized grade for NCBI's GEO.

Somewhat worrying not-our-problem verbiage here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/info/disclaimer.html -- I believe that we have some resources like this already, so may be able to pattern after them.
