AI into Youtube #117
Comments
It would be easier to create a new application from the ground up, than it would be to change the recommendations using patches. |
Already a native feature & out of scope. |
@oSumAtrIX what do you mean, is this available currently??
@LisoUseInAIKyrios do you know anyone who's up for such endeavors ? Lately the main algo is just horrible, even more than it was. It is so not aligned to me, it's mostly junk, and it's clearly hiding alot of relevant and good content, that takes me to find from other online sources, just to subscribe Thanks for the quick response guys! |
YouTube already has "AI based recommendation" and voice based search.
I agree the recommendations have become worse each year. I would gladly pay American money just to get the 2012 YouTube recommendation algorithm, or pay for a third party app subscription if someone else came up with something. I'd love to see grayjay.app support it's own "better than YouTube" recommendations, even if it's a paid service. But that's just my thoughts and I have no idea what they're planning or working on. To me, it seems like app version spoofing to 16.01.35 gives better recommendations. But maybe that is no longer true, as I haven't checked in a while. |
