AdGuard DNS will work well in your case By the way, by patching Chrome you won't be able to login to your Google account, so it'd hinder your sync eitherway, there's no reason to patch the entire browser just to adblock |

You shouldnt be saving passwords in browsers anyway, use a password manager. Password stored in browsers, if synced to a desktop, are not protected/encrypted. They are stored in a predictable location. Malware can steal them easily. Edit: See this to transfer data from chrome to firefox |
