[WIP] Bytecode Builds #107

We're hitting bytecode build failures here: revery-ui/revery-playground#1 (a pre-req to getting the builds working for JSOO).

This is a WIP PR to enable bytecode builds.

Currently, this reproduces the issue:

esy b dune build bin_byte/test_glfw_byte.bc
