While attempting to implement the feature requested in #1572, I found it challenging to understand due to the absence of tests for ModeFile and ModeNoFilter.
To ensure clarity and facilitate the potential future implementation of #1572, I added TestFilterCheckByFile and TestFilterCheckByNoFilter.
