Hi ,
I'm the same user that use the current version of testnet and web UI. For the web UI, the saving personal data feature seems not working. Are there any solution to this issue?
Thanks.

Can you please describe in detail, step by step, each step you are taking, and then specifically the results you're getting? Thanks!

Hi, sure
Here are my steps taken when I try to use the feature,

  1. Once I registered and logged into my account in the Web UI, i went to spotlight section in the menu and click the personal data.

2)Once I went into the page, I key in and save my personal data and they request for the password. I key in the password and there's no confirmation in the block/ transaction that my personal data is saved.

  1. i wait for a minute then try refresh the page it seems the information that I gave in the personal data page was gone.

I concur. I have tried this with multiple sizes of .png's and it saves other data, just not pictures.

Also, as a 'feature request'. There is the ability to share data with specific users but what about an 'all' or 'groups' feature? i.e. Groups maybe relating to specific Dapp users etc. I am sure that this will be underway somewhere but, in case it isn't, it just struck me as something worth mentioning.

KR, W.Hale

PS If only particular types of file extension, for pictures, are allowed this is, also, not specified on the page.
