enn EVU Sperrzeit erreicht, werden alle Aktoren ausgeschaltet, und am ende der Sperrzeit wieder eingeschaltet.
Status geht auf "EVU Sperrzeit"
Status geht auf "EVU Sperrzeit" / "PowerInterruption"
Ziel: elektrische Heizungen ausschalten und gezielt wieder einschalten, um Belastung der Schütze zu minimieren und Einschlatstromstöße zu minimieren
Konfiguration: Start / Ende Zeit der EVU Sperrzeit, mehrere Perioden konfigurierbar
