RFE: Provide user selection of Min/Avg/Max wind-Solved: have use Avg and Use Range from max

Werner Toonk reports that the plugin currently finds the highest wind speeds for creating the polar.
This is not a cruising tool then.
We should allow user setting to use Min/Avg/Max wind speed for a given boat speed, etc

Werner, please note there are these FILTER choices, Does this help?

We could add several other calc options to the plugin and I am willing to accept PR. These are good possibilities.

Amerona and Werner can make PR to this repository if they would like. Since we have "use Average" and "use Range from Max" I am going to close this now. It can be reopened.
