It shouldn't matter -- the examples needed some updating for 0.16, but the actual library code didn't. So both 1.1 and 2 should be compatible with both 0.15 and 0.16.

I think the master branch may now be 0.16 only -- I'll review that when I tag a new release, which should be soon -- I mainly wanted to clean up the Event code before creating a new tag.

I have now tagged version 2.1.0, which is the first tag that is Elm 0.16 only.

There are just a few spots in the library code now where I do things that won't work in Elm 0.15. Theoretically, I could fix that, but I'm not testing against Elm 0.15 any longer -- it's awkward (though possible) to test against both 0.15 and 0.16.

So, if anyone really wants continuing Elm 0.15 compatibility, let me know -- it can be arranged if it's important, but it would take some effort.
