Upgrade Gradle to 5.6.4 #138

My intellij died when working with gradle 4.10.
Soon gradle 6 will come out so this is quite ancient.
I tried to run all tasks except the publish task and they finished successfully.

I upgraded shadow to 5.10 because i saw that it adds support to gradle5 in later versions

distributionBase=GRADLE_USER_HOME
distributionPath=wrapper/dists
distributionUrl=https\://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-5.6.4-bin.zip
