Remove the accelerator test.

This test doesn't really do that much good. Gtk knows how to handle
accelerator collisions--just keep hitting Alt-whatever and it'll cycle
through all of the choices--and sometimes a collision is either
impossible to avoid or a better idea than an awkward mnemonic.
