The Loki Operator code base disables serving
[alertingrule|recordingrule].v1beta1.loki.grafana.comCRD versions. However in RHOBS we don't have a conversion webhook to enable moving stored versions fromv1beta1tov1via the kube-apiserver. Thus we need to continue servingv1beta1to enableobsctl-reloaderto perform live transformations.cc @vprashar2929
