수정 후의 복합인덱스도 비효율적입니다. WHERE tag = ? 조건으로 검색하는 경우가 절대 다수이고 document_srl 컬럼은 조인을 위해 별도로 인덱스가 걸려 있으니, idx_tag 인덱스는 그냥 tag 컬럼 하나만 담당하면 되겠습니다.
