Add drag and drop to data value lists

It would be great to be able to reorder values just like form fields.
e.g. when adding new items to an alphabetised list.

Any solution should apply to both list and pair list, each of which are shown below:

I'm imagining a drag handle to the left of each item that allows items to be dragged up or down (as mentioned, similar to the form editor that allows fields to be dragged up or down).
