Initial release of M2seq scripts, wrappers around other executables and a small layer of MATLAB for visualizing output.
Originally called MaP2D before the realization that the most striking signals are due to accidental mutations that give disruptions at partners that can be sensed with DMS – hence, "mutate and map" (M2).
The output of these scripts has been tested for analysis with Biers v1.2.
