Riboviz: Generate YAML configuration file

This generate-yaml repository houses the RShiny GUI to aid in the generation of the YAML configuration file to run the riboviz ribosome profiling pipeline.

There are 2 ways to deploy the GUI:

• within R, run shiny::runGitHub("generate-yaml", "riboviz", ref="main")
• in a browser, go to riboviz.shinyapps.io/generate-yaml
